  This branch at least has personally insulting staff that do not make members want to stay members. My treatment, judgement, and deprecating interactions were inexcusable. The tellers obviously have no patience for anyone and will treat their customers like children. Not recommended to interact with the tellers.

  Horrible lines. Tellers are painfully slow. Every time they try to push credit cards and loans even if you tell them no every time. Watching the tellers fumble around is painfull and often put money into and take money out of wrong accounts.

  If you're loyal to them, that isn't reciprocated at all. After 7 years of being a member I still get no love. When I had no credit, I tried to get a low car loan. They refused do it, which makes some sense because I had no credit. So I asked for a minimum balance credit card. Refused do it.. Which made LESS sense, because that is what you do to build credit. Mind you at this time, I had been with them for 5 years. But I accepted it and moved on for the time being. I got financed through a different credit union through a dealership, at a solid used car rate of 9.25%.. For having NO credit at the time, on a used sports car.. An 2010 Infiniti G37 S Coupe, with 40k miles? That is a great starting rate. So I paid on it for 6 months. Established some credit, but was still told I couldn't refinance to a lower %... Which I also accepted, they told me to wait a year. So here I am, over a year later.. Just tried to refinance. Been making all of my car payments on time, as well as the credit card I was able to get, no questions asked, through this other credit union to help build my credit. They still refuse to do it. I asked them, and they'd rather me leave the bank, than provide this favor for me. I even told them I don't need the lowest percent. Just something lower than 9.25. Still, nothing. At Onpoint, loyalty is not rewarded. They make you jump loop holes for years to no avail, and will put money over you, the customer. And now that it is obvious, I will be taking my money out of this account today, and CLOSING my account. It's a shame that even though I moved, have no branch here where I live, and STILL tried to be loyal and go through shared branching at 7/11's, and other credit unions, they would be willing to toss me aside. And I was told Onpoint was a great CU When I originally opened an account... Not the case. You are treated decently well when you go in the branches (to be expected), but if you ACTUALLY need help financially they are non-existant. Bye Onpoint.
